  • my parents dont understand my adhd?

    i have ADHD. sometimes i talk a lot and my parents tell me to shut up. i do take meds to help, but my parents act like my meds will magically poof away all my problems till it wears off. they just dont understand! they dont understand how i feel! they dont get that its really hard to control! sometimes i feel really sad and want to cry. i think to myself "why can't i just be normal?" "why did i have to be born this way?" i don't want to talk to them about it. they would just say "you take meds to help it!" or like "you need to learn how to control it!" what should i do?

  • SUPER ANNOYING BAD HABIT!?

    i have a really bad habit of making squealing and screaming noises. its gonna mess up my throut and block it with scar tissue! i dont like surgerys so im not willing to get it cut out. i am super scared of needles. my voice hasnt been messed up yet but will it? please help me! its driving everyone crazy! what can i do to get rid of this nasty habit?
