I'm going to go out on a limb & say oregano. It's because I like to be in the right. It sounds good. If you had fressh chopped parsley that would make it very healthful. You could easily use both. Oregano makes it mediterranean. Parsley Gernan, French, Swiss.

Either is good, although oregano is more traditional with pasta / italian dishes.
