Are home health aides or home health providers/caregivers eligible for the Heroes Act Hazard Pay?

I ve heard a lot about doctors, nurses, postal workers, police officers, firefighters, and even grocery retail workers being included in the Heroes Act hazard Pay. Just curious if it included the occupations mentioned above.
