Can we say 'at the bottom of the building'. If not, what's the (direct) alternative of it?
This is more like the opposite of 'on top of the building' -
I'm really hoping for the word 'bottom' in the sentence if it's incorrect or another which means the same.
PS: He's at the entrance of the building, is currently used, I am looking for a similar statement that says bottom in some way. Thanks a lot..

What does "a record cover" mean in the context below?
Favorite Answer:yes, that is what it means, although those aren't the words I would use. Vinyl albums ("records") tended to have artistic covers, and the idea here is that her pose was reminiscent of an album cover. Gramophone seems such an archaic term. Or maybe it is a Britishism. Either way, not something I would expect to hear, even as a child in the 1960s, in the US. I cannot say for a fact that I have ever actually used the word myself. I definitely know what it means, but I would never use it. Does not even pop into my mind at all.
