how to file a PIL praying Judiciary to implement the cnstitution?
Dear all,
I have written a book; INDIA IN SHAMBLES, ONLY THE JUDICIARY CAN SAVE US.
The philosophy of the book is that; 'the Constitution is above the Parliament and Judiciary is its Custodian and responsible for its implementation in true letter and spirit through the Legislature and the Executive.'
I want to file a PIL for learned Judiciary to implement the basic Objectives of the constitution that remain grossly unfulfilled by implementing a few electoral reforms and interpretation of a few Articles of the Constitution..
Since the petition is between me and the Judiciary my Q is can I send a letter in this behalf to the learned Judiciary directly and mark copy to other Supreme Court judges also to invoke their concern to this unfulfilled task of our Constitution that has pushed our nation to the present shambles?
