Why is Soulja Boy so ghetto?
No disrespect because I grew up in a poor community, and im African American so I don't want to sound better than everybody else or degeneralizing, but I think Soulja Boy is ghetto because he wears a lot of chains, he literally flashes a lot of money, he sags his pants with his pants hanging way off his ***, when he talks and raps he sounds unintelligent, he acts tough but hes skinny and many people saying that his music sucks and he does sound annoying.

Soulja Boy hasn't been relevant since 2008, back in the 2000s being ghetto was a trend in hip-hop especially the early part of the decade. When I turn on the radio he is nowhere to be heard on hip-hop/r&b stations let alone the billboard.

I'm not attacking Soulja Boy or putting him on the spot. He's basically attacking himself and hes acting tough. Everytime he has a video hes always showing off his guns, smoking lots of weed, flashing money, and sagging his pants. I'm just saying he need to chill out before he ends up robbed, dead or in jail. And I personally don't like his music but you know some people like his music and some people dont, and I'm just saying he needs to grow up and act his age and enjoy being rich not flash it in other people's face not that I'm jealous

Well i will agree with CCV on one thing....thats most of the artist running around today in this generation...why put Soulja Boy on the spot? 21 Savage ain't too far off either...
But i like the way you voiced your opinion....it hurts because people think its entertainment....its only entertainment to people who don't care about real Black issues....or dumb@ss White people who treat Hip Hop as a novelty...you'll find plenty of those all over the place including this section.
he looks like a cliche....a stereotype....people that are ok with it obvious are @ssholes who don't care and would probably refer to Blacks as N*ggers anyway....its not cool...

in short...he acts like that cause he's ignant as hell....and thats what "they" love to promote out of the Black community.....
