How long does it take to complete a college pre-calculus course? Is it one semester or two semesters?

    I mean, in college everything is one semester. There are some classes that are in a series (e.g. Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry II), so if that's what you mean, pre-calc is usually only one semester. Calculus is where you start getting I, II, even III.

    Depends. At the colleges I attended they had classes designed for half a semester or a full semester. The only class that took a full year to complete was anatomy and physiology, but they broke that up into 2 semesters.

    For the record, I took pre calc in 11th grade and calculus in 12th grade
