More than smart wheels care insurance?

Im 19 years old & have held my license for 8 months

I have purchased my first car , A 2005 Golf TDI 1.9 , the only insurance company that are willing to insure me for a cheap price is “more than smart wheels” black box insurance. Just wondering have any of you guys been with them? Are they good? & another question i had was if i was in a carpark which says 5mph , do I actually have to stick to that ridiculous speed?

It is probably a private car park, and it is up to the owner to enforce the speed limit

One insurance company is as good or as bad as the next. I would never use an insurance company who wanted to fix a "black box" on my vehicle because it is just more of big brother spying on me . ALA George Orwell's film "1984".

It would be wise of you to obey any posted speed limit. Remember. Your black box is recording and watching your every move.

do I actually have to stick to that ridiculous speed?

If you should have an unexpected sudden stop like an accident., a car hits you, you hit a pillar or whatever your excess speed could be an issue.

So sad the few extra seconds wasted parking at a slower speed. How many seconds do you expect to save going faster?
