I fingered my girlfriend & i have quite big hands & fingers and once i took them out there was a little bit of blood on both fingers 
She says she was a virgin , does that mean i took her virginity? 
Or could it be somthing else?

She could have been on her period and was leaking blood, but if you encountered some resistance when fingering you may wall have penetrated through her hymen and tore it-- that can cause bleeding.  A virgin is a girl with an intact hymen, by definition. If you have torn her vagina then yeah, she may well be considered non-virgin.
