St Patrick's Day is surprisingly popular all over England. ... You don't have to be Irish to celebrate St Patrick's Day in England and around the UK. In London they've been celebrating St. Patrick's day for 70 years (as of 2019) The festivals and parades in some of Britain's biggest cities seem to get bigger every year.

From the history I know (which is just fringe) I would imagine not.
I didn't watch that Mel Gibson movie that is so famous but I DID just visit England this last October.
Europe is very particular about things.

No **** the Irish, parasites.There country was pisspoor so they came here and complained anpbout how unfair we were...with their hands out for benefits and a place to live.they are basically white Muslims,or African 'refugees'.

Some do, some don't, there are St Patrick's Day parades held in London and Birmingham.
