    Yes I can, it happens and is no ones fault and no countries fault.

    No.  I don't believe it.  Many people will still be eating their corned beef and cabbage and drinking too much.  It would be healthier for them, though, if it could be  cancelled.

    The holiday is still on it is just certain events that are cancelled.
