Every time i click a link it takes me to a job finding website.I have anti malware bytes and it is not working.

When i download this or anything it says operation timed out or save files corrupted i turned my laptop off and back on it still wont work and its been doing this for weeks i need help and i have no viruses or malware

I have a gateway laptop that didn't come with a dis because it doesn't have a disk reader and i tryed to set it fro my account and i couldn't because it said i need the disk so do i need to push one of the "F#" buttons if so which one and if i have to take it to a shop how much will that cost?

I need to set my laptop back to factroy setting because i cant do it on my laptop and download a anti virus/malware program becuse i cant downlod anthing on my laptop
