When i booted up my laptop it had somehow changed from Windows basic view

to classic,i tried changing it back but the link was dead.

On further investigation i discovered there was no audio,i was not able to connect to

the web and when i tried the restore point that was dead too.

I tried 3 different scans,full system,boot and malware.

They discovered a few nasties but dealt with them.This has happened twice now !

After the first attack i did a full recovery which worked fine for a while then it happened again.

Any ideas all of you computer whizzkids out there?

I have two AVI files both use the Mpeg4 video codec,both use the Mp3 audio codec.

Two identical files,you'd think,but my TV plays one file and not the other ? any ideas.

Why do we need all these different video and audio codecs anyway,it's all getting to be a bit crazy.

Vcr's were left with one format,VHS,after Betamax got buried.Now there are MKV,AVI,Mp4,VOB,MOV

the list is endless !.Nurse!! HELP !!!!

Whenever i go from the HD

channels to the SD channels

the screen goes blank and i

cant go back to the HD channels.

pop-up window telling me that i've got

the wrong version (old version) of dolby advanced

audio 2.

But,when i checked on control panel, programs i

found out that i had the latest update.Any ideas ?
