The photo is "The Eagles" in Wiesbaden. I'm a Brit who's lived for a third of my life in Germany. Before that I sailed the Med for quite a while, clocking up some 28,000 nautical miles. I've been around, and got to know a lot of people with different attitudes, and a few nasty storms thrown in. These experiences were life changing, some even life threatening. My UK heritage centres around the "Solent", which is where all my family live. I speak fluent German, with exceptionally bad grammar. I earn my income by modernising other people's houses. My favourite bit being the luxury bathrooms. And the look on my customers face when the job is finished.
