  • How much of my earnings are taxable?

I am starting a small business, I also work full time in another job and managing this from the sidelines. I will be taking out about $80,000 in loans and will be paying back 95% of revenue (5% to run the small up keep) to the loans until they are repaid in full. I will not be taking any as income until the business is debt free.

I plan to filing as a Sole Proprietor at first, then get the LLC as income becomes available.

How much of he earnings will be taxable for my business? Do I claim earnings on taxes of only the 5% as 95% will be paying loans or do I claim 100% and then add deduction?

I am planning on getting a CPA, but I don't have one yet so I wonder if someone has a quick answer.

  • MS Accounting or MS Finance?

I am a Financial Analyst with 2 years of exp. I am working my way through a Part time MBA and will be done in 9 mo. My company is paying for everything and my kids are young so I figure why not get one more Masters degree since it will only tack on an additional year of school. What would be more beneficial getting the MS accounting so that I can sit for the CPA exam or MS Finance?

  • Will turf studs work in my rugby boots on hard ground?

I am a rather new Rugger and have limited experience buying boots. I found some boots I really liked on Amazon. When I got them I started playing a bit of rugby with my friends behind my house (on soft ground) and the boots were amazing. On the first day of practice I found out the field was HARD, HARD, HARD. I put 4 perfect replica blisters on my feet and couldn't walk the next day. The studs were too long. Does any one know if the 9.5mm (3/8") turf studs will work on the hard ground? I have another set of hard ground foot ball boots I can use if I have to but I really like the new ones.

  • Call of Duty World at War PC?

I have the bolt action rifle with the grenade tip, but I am not sure how to use it. When I take aim it only shoots what ever bullet I have.

  • University of Arizona MMF: I am thinking about pusuing the Masters in Management for Finance, Good Idea?

I have been trying to figure out what to do with myself during this economic turmoil. I have a job I do not like and have been thinking about getting a Masters degree in Finance. I am trying to figure out if that will benefit me in any way. I plan on getting an MBA after a few years but for now I want to get a competitive advantage to get a job I like.

Is there anyone out there that has this degree and has experience with it? I would like some advice. I know the value of education but I don't know if the degree in Finance will be worth the time and debt.

I guess I am rambling now, but basically is there anyone that can shed light on the subject?
