I have a car, that is modified. Catless, loud, tinted windows, etc. If I was to visit a state, like California, with extreme restrictions, would my car need to meet their restrictions, just to visit? Even if I'm just visiting, for a few days? Example: I get pulled over for speeding. Would the officer be able to cite me for not having a road legal vehicle, per their state's vehicle requirements? 

My wife just got a new job. They use some sort of app, to handle the payroll. My wife is having issues, with the app, not uploading info required for direct deposit (as are other employees). Her boss called her, and said if she wants paid, she needs to figure out why the app won't work. Um...isn't that your job, boss lady? Anyway, she, rather threateningly, said she WILL NOT get paid, if she doesn't upload the required documents (again, the app they use is having issues). Isn't there a law that protects workers? Are employeers allowed to not pay an employee, due to payment deposit issues? My wife will have been working 3 weeks, for free, otherwise.

My wife and I, recently moved in with her parents. We each have an Xbox One, with one console set as our home console. However, the in-laws also have their living room console set as their home unit. Would we be able to keep our console set as home, for our accounts, while the in-laws get to keep theirs? Or is it one console per household?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. I want to use Android Auto, in my car. Yet, when I search for the app, on my phone...it's not there. However, Google Play says it's installed. When I try to uninstall it (via Play) it only uninstalls the most recent app update. When I update, my only option is to uninstall (no "Open" option). When I go to my phone's app manager.......it's there. But, I can't uninstall it. My only option is to Force Close. So...it's on my phone but, I can't access it, or even uninstall it. Ideas?

While driving home from work, a few days ago, my wife had a random feeling of euphoria. For a brief moment, she wanted to pull her car into the concrete barrier, in the middle of the freeway. And, she was happy about the thought. It scared her. She has bipolar and depression (takes meds to counteract those conditions). She admitted herself to a hospital (where her mother works) with a Psychiatric Unit. The next day, they transferred her to a lockdown facility. She's not under guard, or strapped up. She's free to do whatever (within facility rules). Over the past few days, she feels the facility isn't doing much help. The first day, there, they even "forgot" to give her her meds (she can seizure if she goes "cold turkey" on one of them). She's only spoken to the facility doctor, once. They don't have her in any therapy or programs. She's just been sitting in her room, or common area. She's just not having a good experience. My question.... As she willingly admitted herself, is an adult, and actually didn't attempt suicide.... Can she willingly check herself out? What are the steps, necessary, if she requests to be released? This is in Nevada, if that makes a difference.

About a month ago, I got a notice from the DMV stating the dealer I bought my car from, had gone out of business, and failed to send the title or paperwork to them (DMV). The dealer closed over a year ago. I'm making payments to a 3rd party finance company. They (3rd party finance) should have my title, correct? Why would the DMV need my title/paperwork? I'm able to register it, and everything. So, I know it's not for registration purposes.

I saw an altercation on Facebook a little bit ago. About the US Flag Code. More specifically, about using an image of the flag, on an article of clothing. Obviously, using an actual flag to make a shirt or sewing an actual flag to a shirt, is disrespectful. However, one was saying that it's disrespectful to have even an image of the flag printed on a shirt (or hat/shoes/etc). You can have a shirt with red, white, blue and star patterns. But, not a recognizable flag. The other guy said the code ONLY applies to an actual flag. That an image or print is fine. I've never really thought about this, before. Who is correct? And, if it's allowed, does it still have to follow the display code (stars on the flag's top right corner)?

My wife watches Catfish: The TV Show on my Movoes and TV app, on my Xbox One. However, the most recent episode (I believe aired at the end of May) still hasn't been added. Usually, the app adds recent episodes, fairly quickly after air date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing gets added. I was wondering if anyone had an idea?

As stated, my 05 Mustang GT is throwing a check engine light. The only code is for the Fuel Level Sensor Circuit A. I can't remember the Code Number. P04...something. Anyway, what are the details on it? Where is it located (besides the fuel tank...)? How difficult would it be, for a novice DIYer, to replace?

The a.c. in my 05 Mustang GT has started blowing warm/hot air. It takes forever, just to get luke warm. I've thought about just recharging the a.c.. But, I notice the compressor clicks, and makes a whirring noise, when the compressor engages. It engages/disengages every couple seconds (is that normal?). Would my compressor need replacing? Or, is it just starving for R134a?

I have a coworker who just bought a 2016 Shelby GT350. I said, Ford made a good car, with the 350. He got defensive, saying his car was a Shelby. Not a Ford. It says Shelby, so it was built by them. I told him that the 350/350R was built by Ford Performance. Not Shelby. So, how can you tell if your car was completed by Shelby American, or Ford Performance?

My 05 Mustang GT has the auto transmission. It shifts smoothly. But, if I step on it, the tranny makes a whiring sound (similar to a supercharger). Also, when ibshift from Drive to Reverse, the tranny hesitates a couple seconds, then thunks into reverse. I was talking to a guy, who said it's the shift linkage. But, a linkage wouldn't make a whirring sound, would it? Do I need to replace the linkage...or whole transmission?

I just purchased an axle back muffler delete system, for my 05 Mustang GT. I want to try the DIY thing. Learn to do it, myself. How do you remove the stock mufflers? I'm using ramps, and a basic socket set. Thanks, in advance, for tips.

My 05 Mustang GT has been missing, since September. It was on a dealership's property, when it closed due to bankruptcy. The bank that seized the inventory, presumably, took my car as well. They left no contact info. My car is legally registered in the state of Nevada. I've been making payments on a car I don't have, for months. My lawyer suggests I stop making payments, since the finance company isn't willing to work with me. My question is, if I do stop, and the finance company issues a repo, and can't find the car... can they seize other property of equal value (another car, for example)?

My Credit Karma score says I have between a 592-598 score. But, when I went to buy a car, the dealer said it was 610. My bank said it was 630... Why the big difference?

Can you disable the hints, that pop up, while playing? If so, how? They're very annoying...

I've noticed, a few times, I'm losing saves (on my modded game profile). I'll go to save (or load) a game, and notice a bunch of my saves have been deleted. I know the whole save limit thing. But, this after I delete a bunch of saves, manually. I'll delete all but, one manual save, and 3 recent auto saves. However, after playing for some time, I'll go to save, and notice all manual saves are gone. And, I have 4 auto saves. The weird part is, a couple of the saves, are ones I manually deleted. They're back, along with two recent auto saves. So, in short.... I'm losing all manual saves, most auto saves, and regaining a couple deleted auto saves, back.... Again, Xbox One modded game (I haven't noticed it, when playing without mods). I also, can't find forums, about similar issues. Anyone else experience this? Any fix?

How much horsepower, and what are average 1/4 mile times? I tried looking it up, but all I can find is Stage 3, info. I know it should be more than an 01 GT (260hp), as it has the Roush CAI, performance exhaust, and possibly, a tune. I was just wondering if anyone knew info, that I couldn't find. Or, has driven one, themselves.

I m trying to get a 2008 Bullitt. 105,000 miles. Priced at $13,995. The dealer (used car dealer. Not a Ford dealer) is asking for $3,000 down. I was curious, if that s a fair price. Back in 2013, I purchased a 2014 V6 Performance Pack Mustang, with 51 miles. Total cost was about $26,000. Down payment was $2,000. It seems odd that a 2008, 100K+ mile car would need $3,000, when a brand new, $26,000 car only needs $2,000.
