Hi Emory, I'd like to have the conversation with you on intrapersonal incentives if you don't mind. My general goal is to do as much good as possible and override other notions and impulses. A few examples and applications: - I schedule my next day. If I miss a task, I cross it out in red and initial it (which I don't like, of course) - To get myself to eat Total rather than unhealthy sugary cereal in the morning, I now put a small handful of golden raisins in it - I use a daily checklist to make sure I do important things, like exercise and write in my journal before the end of the day (something I could never sustain before the checklist) What do you think is helpful?
