  • *Aussies* - has anyone heard of this company.... and what do you know?

    The company is Focus International Marketing..... am in the process of a second interview with them... requires starting out in sales, but working through the ranks for management/leadership roles.

    This is a new industry for me, as I am changing career paths, so only know what I read on the website, and from the 1st interview.

    Also, sales are based solely on commission from what I can gather (working at stalls in shopping centres, at expos, trade shows etc).... just how hard is it to make sales (I am a little worried about meeting financial obligations)

  • Need advice on how to get a foot in the door with a new career path!?

    I am currently the Assistant Director of a child care centre, and have had enough. I have applied for job after job in a range of industries, and find I cant even get to an interview stage... anybody have any tips/ideas?
