Fun facts: I've hired, fired, trained, and coached people for over fifteen years. Coaching has always been my favorite part of what I do - I LOVE getting people in the right job, helping them with their life path, and helping them navigate the corporate BS. If you are looking for guidance, ask away. My background is in Supply Chain (Distribution) for Fortune 500 companies. Corporate silliness? I’ve pretty much seen/heard/stomached it all. Best of all I am a new mom to a GREAT kid (so if I have a lot of typos on an answer it means I was holding him/he's tugging at me at the time) : ) I've survived all the freakish new mom moments and sleepless nights...each day is something new and all the cliches are true (they grow so fast etc)
