In going over some old family photos I found a picture of my parents celebrating my mother's birthday in 1940 with some friends at this restaurant. Does it still exist? Can anyone tell me anything about it if it is gone?

"We continue to employ rigorous procedural protections under applicable laws in response to government requests for information, maintaining our commitment to user privacy and compliance with the law." This was issued after a demonstration complaining that Yahoo was turning in people to a wide variety of governments, from Communist China to fascist Myanmar, Syria to Belarus, resulting in people being arrested, jailed and disappeared for things they blogged or put into a news site. Should Yahoo simply warn everyone anything you write can and may be held against you, or should they deep six all personal idetifiers and tell governments they don't know who said it?
