I work for a Multinational company and i have to work late in the night till 2 or 3 and am back in office by 11 in the morning. that makes it 18 working hours a day. and working hours are not fixed. i join the gym but then my timings don match with gym timings.I am living of junk in the dinner. since am a bachelor so cant have breakfast. got to work on computer through out the day. so in short i am badly $crewed up right now.

i am paid very well but my health has really gone down.

can anyone suggest me how to bring my life back on track.

how to maintain a balance between work and personal life.

kindly give practical solutions and don't answer just for 2 points.

I am an indian. i love a girl who s also indian.

we belong to different castes.

my parents are a bit traditionalist. they are not allowing us to get married.

i am well settled and earning very well.

my parents re hurt and they re not accepting our relation.

i cant go against their will, i cant even think of leaving this girl.

the girl is the best that anyone can get. i have tried my best to explain things to my parents. its 3 days now since i spoke to them about this. but they re stubborn.

is it normal to get jealous if the person whom u love the most praises another person?

is it normal to feel offended if your lover lashes at you if you speak against his or her ex?

what one should do if its normal?? and if you feel its not normal then how to prevent this?

if your lover is indifferent to you and hurts your feelings what will you do???

will u spend it with ur parents?? ur friends?? ur lover??? u cant divide time u can only spend time with one person.. and give reason why u ll do so?
