  • how do you scan pre-programmed talk groups on a pro-164 scanner?

    question, i need to know to to scan the pre-set talkgroups i have stored on a radioshack pro-164 scanner. i began by programming frequencies to channels then onto a bank, and i have stored talkgroup id's onto the bank as well. problem is i only want the scanner to scan certain talkgroups versus all of them. can i get assistance on this < thanks -

  • can someone advise me how to set fleetmap codes on a radioshack pro 164 scanner?

    i am trying to define my local emergency radio frequencies on my radio shack pro164 scanner. i have programmed the frequencies to a bank and correct channels, now i am trying to scan emergency frequencies only but apparently i need the fleet map for the motorola type 2 system.

  • chevy 4l60e electricl question?

    i have a 1994 chevy silverado 350 engine with a 4l60e transmission- on the back right side next to the dipstick tube is an electrical connection for a sensor of some sort... it is submerged into the oil pan itself - it is currently leaking oil around the sensor - what is this part called ?? thanks for help in advance...

  • how do i check oil level on the transfer case attached to transmission ?

    i have a 1994 chevy z-71 silverado truck... i recently did some work on the engine seal.. when i disconnected the transmission drive shaft, transmission fluid leaked from the rear transfer case.. help please ??? i would like to know how to check the level so i can replace what was lost.... many thanks -

  • engine vibrating ?

    i have a 2001, gmc sonoma, apprx. 145,000 miles - the engine seems to vibrate in park, neutral or any gear for that matter....... engine vibrates in iddle or in speed, any suggestions ?? thanks -
