Currently I m quite overweight and I am a Junior in high school. I want to lose weight for Senior year. I m typically around 5 1 to 5 2 and I play soccer almost year round but it doesn t cut it. What would be a good weight goal for my height and activeness be? Thanks!

This may seem stupid but I guess I'm stupid. Anyway my sister and I were pretending to fight in front of our friends and I slapped myself on my leg to sound like I hit her but now how do i get rid of a handprint bruise fast? Im just worried about explains this to my mom. Please help!

If I do something "wrong" such as looking at my 11 y/o sister (I m 16) she will kick or elbow me all the time. And whenever I tell her she s wrong she just keeps insisting she s right and for everything she makes sure that she got the last word in. The worst part is a few min. later after an argument she ll ask me for something or pretend nothing happened. I don t know what to do because I honestly do so many things for her and I never get anything in return. I don t know what to do because she s causing so much stress and she ruins every family outing/trip and gets away with it. What should i do?!
