I found this when I was in Jupiter, Florida (part of West Palm Beach). It is a small (smaller than the size of a quarter), grey with a dark brown "tip" at the end (about the size of a pin head) and there are some fine darker grey lines that circle the "Thing". It is extremely hard and could not be opened or scratched by hitting it on a rock, and it appears to have something in it.

Any Ideas?

My friend just got two goldfish along with an old tank from her boyfriend. The tank had an "AQT 3001" carbon filtration pump in it. The filter only bubbles up once every 10-20 seconds, and it comes up all at once, making the sound of a water bottle being emptied. We want to know if this is normal.

I figured I would make us both desserts, bring over a wine, write him a cute note (for him to open at midnight of course!), but thats as far as I got...
