I own my car and need to take a title loan. The problem is that I am currently unemployed (yes people, things are that bad) so I cant prove income. My question is, can I use a cosigner with great employment history and proof of income to get approved for the loan, even if that person is not on the car title?

how long does it take from start to finish for a home appraisal to be completed? From the moment they walk through my door (its a walk thru appraisal) to the moment they send the completed report to my lending institution?

I have been approved for a home equity loan but the computer appraisal is only valuing my house at 222k. I just completed 45k worth of renovations on my home including a new kitchen and bathroom so I know it will appraise much higher. My question is, if they ordered the walk thru appraisal today, about how long will it take for the appraisal to be completed and the report sent to my bank?

I applied for a home equity loan but was denied because of debt to income ratio. I reapplied with a co borrower and this doubled the income. My credit score is 720 and the co borrower's is only 600. We both have good employment history. My question is: Will they use my credit score or my co borrowers? Does it matter who makes more money?
