  • Why can't I upload something?

When I try to upload an MP3 file that I exported using Audacity to a website using SmartFTP, for some reason I'm not able to upload it.

However, it seems like this only happens when the file's over 30 seconds or so. (I think it's under 500 KB also.)

I have tried this with both FreeHostia.com and AwardSpace.com's hosting and it seems like both of them won't take the file.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem, and if so how to resolve this?

    Thank you,

    Jamie

  • 1099 And Tax Question?

I noticed that alot of people are sending out false information about 1099s and the amount owed on foreclosures after it sells for less. If you're unaware, George Bush passed a law on December 20th that was on the front page of almost every paper stating that debt owed on a short sale or a foreclosure and a 1099 will not be owed because of the housing crisis until December 31, 2009. Tell me if I'm wrong, positive answers only please.

  • Chapter 13 and then a foreclosure in Massachusetts?

I have been in a Chapter 13 repayment plan for the last year. Due to my adjustable rate mortgage, my payment has gone up. At the beginning of the plan I did not sign a reaffirmations on my mortgage, but I have continually paid my mortgage payment on top of my Chapter 13 repayment plan and now with my mortgage payment going up, I can not afford to pay the mortgage. I think it would be best for me to let the house get foreclosed on, but I want to continue making the Chapter 13 payment.

Question 1: If the house sells for less than what is owed, am I still responsible for the deficiency?

Question 2: Will I still be able to make my Chapter 13 repayment plan at the same amount that I'm paying now?

Question 3: Will I still get my full tax return refund?

Question 4: Does anyone know if Massachusetts has a foreclosure deficiency law while I'm in a Chapter 13.

    Any advice would be helpful!

    Thank you.

  • Chapter 13 and Foreclosure?

I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy last year and have been on time with my payments and now I'm facing foreclosure. When they do finally foreclose on my house and sell it for less than what is owed on it, what will happen with the remaining balance owed on the property?

Will my Chapter 13 payments go up and will I be responsible for the remaining balance on the property?

  • What could cause this?

Well, to begin with, my parents are getting a divorce and on the first day of High School (A few months ago) I threw up because of a Migraine.

Anyway, I sometimes feel nauseas and was wondering if this could be caused by the events that are happening right now?
