I am a 34year old Mother of two girls ages 7 and 12yrs old. I have been married for 13 years, to my very first love, whom I have known since kindergarten. I learned alot from being a mother. I dropped out of school in the 11th grade. After the birth of my first daughter, I felt guilty. I felt like I didn't have anything to offer her. What kind of role model am I ? I worked as a secretary for 3yrs, then my other daughter was born. I enrolled at the comm,.college and earned my GED. I was proud! Then I got a job as a "Dental Asst. I was trained, and I lOVED IT! I said to myself " big deal" GED'>whoopie doo! I decided to do something I never thought I'd do. I enrolled at the University of Denver. It was so hard, I thought about giving up many times. A job, my family, and my will to finish school was - lets just say-"crazy! 8yrs later I now have a "Masters Degree in Dental Science! I complete my Internship this fall! and I have plans to open up my own practice next yr.! Never say Never!
