I am black and have African braids installed all the time. I haven't been oiling my scalp cos I don't like excessive product buildup and washing my hair all the time. 

I don't mean serious things like death of a loved one or being an Internet scam vicitim. I mean like everyday things like having to deal with toxic Co workers or being in an abusive relationship, etc.

And I know some people also over train at the gym which will cause mental health issues until they take a break from their workout intensity. 

I use herbal multivitamins and cross trainer exercise machine and they work absolutely well. 

Or ordinary OTC meds such as Nurofen Plus which contains Codeine which is apparently a narcotic opiate. 

Now snakes, clown, ants, Croc and all sorts of things are gonna start coming in!

All I asked was if anybody watches it or if they prefer something else like NFL. 

I am meant to take 2 tablespoons a day at once but I take only 1.

I can't take this life anymore. Being a normal person on the outside but a mad person on the inside cos these mental problems are overwhelming. No matter how much exercise I do, or vitamins I take it never goes away.

I want to go somewhere very hot and sunny, maybe South Africa or Spain. 

I heard the biological father pays out of his own pocket. 

I opened the door and he said he's a Council agent and he came to ask questions because the neighbours have been exposing our landlord that there are too many people living in our 5 bedroom house (11 tenants including landlord and his family). But me and her pretended that we're just visiting and we're not living here. 

But I've been living here for 2 years exact (April 2019) and know people who has moved out long time ago who has been there since 2018 and left in 2020, we've never had this problem. Is this Indian girl a coincidence or do you think she's the one who's doing it? UK.
