A few months ago I signed up for college. I remember while filling out my Financial aid form I saw something about child support. My baby momma recieves SSA and food stamps and it's more than enough to live on, and does not work. There is no custody agreement. Today she texted me upset because they told her she could not receive child support. I'm trying to remember what the financial aid form said.  Any lawyers here? Why wouldn't I have to pay child support?

I was walking down a hotel hallway and there was a cop about 30 feet down. I walked past him and he said he smelled weed. I was in my work uniform and told him it wasn't me and I was headed to work. He walked up to me and I told him I didn't want to be searched. He s watched me anyway and found a hydrocodone pill and I went to jail. It was captured on video and I told my lawyer i never consented to a search and he didn't get a warrant. My court date is the 24,th where I'll decide what I'm going to plea. It's a felony the state offered me probation.

I am barred from Public Housing in Kentucky due to being evicted for a weed possesion, but somebody told me if my friend were to invite me as a guest then I couldn t be barred unless I was causing trouble. I called the manager they said id go to jail. Anyone have experience?

I woke up new years day to a text saying her friends told her to block me and she did. Last night she texted me saying she is sorry. I was still hurting but I told her I forgive her. She hasn't replied but I already know where its going. So I'm going to put her on the back burner. I don't want to hurt her feelings but I can't trust her again.

Recently we said hello and she walked by me and said I'm stealing your cinnamon (we work at restaurant) I asked her what she was doing that night and her words were "my boyfriend is visiting tonight. He lives an hour away" then she walked behind me and dropped her tone and said "he doesn't come over much". Then she walked off. I haven't seen her since but I will soon. Should I push it and see if I can score or would that be wrong because she has a bf?
