    I’m starting my first year in football, Varsity, and I’m a pretty big, I’m 13 and weight 175, I’m not lazy and I’m not out of shape, but I wanna lose some weight and get more into shape. I’m not the healthiest eater, I do eat a lot of veggies, fruit, etc, but I also have my fair share with unhealthy thing and fast food. Are their any tips for me to lose weight, and get better in shape than I am now, and sometimes my parents just don’t wanna cook and go eat fast food, so what should I do in that situation, should I eat something healthy like a salad/grilled chicken/etc or do something else, I’m also starting to do push-ups and sit-ups everyday and jogging around my lake, and I am trying to quit drinking soda and sticking to Powerade and Gatorade and water and that kind of stuff. And tips?
