I ve spent 20 + years as a flooring installer. Installer mostly tile and hard wood. Part owner in a business w/ a large word of mouth referrals.Do to economy had to close the store but i still continue to install a variety of floor covering. So knowelable ( but still can t spell) lol in ceramics I was flown to Florida Tile ( a major manufacturer) in 1995 to go over a sales and installation program they were setting up.
