Vendor will not supply copy of contract?
What can be done if a vendor refuses to supply a copy of the contract they have with you? I have a vendor that is quoting some paragraph from a contract between our companies. I've asked them on 4 occassions to provide me with a copy of the contract. They have completely ignored my request . They haven't specifically refused but they haven't supplied a copy either.
Are they legally required to provide a copy? If not, how do I know what our contract says? If they are required, what happens if they won't supply a copy?
