Not much surprises me anymore. Very involved in completing a scratch built 1/8th scale model of a Civil War Unidilla class steam/screw gunboat. Its taken a few years to research it - A better one is in the planning stage. Like to play mandolin in a variety of genres. Greatly admire H.L. Menken.
