  • What is the best company or website to get medical supplies from on the internet?

Has anyone here had any luck buying from an online medical supply retailer, with good service and great prices? A good company whose sole purpose is to help folks out, rather than gouge their eyes out with ridiculous prices and horrible customer service? I just had a bad experience with an online retailer that over charged me, not only on the item I bought, but also on the shipping! They're totally evil! I don't want to mention any names specifically, but I will say that the word "equipment" is part of their name. Anyway, I want to be able to order things I might need for my sick, 13 year old daughter, with out being "hassled" by a pushy sales person or overcharged. However, I still want to be able to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about, and can give me options. Does anyone have a company and/or name that they can recommend?

  • Food Delivery in San Antonio?

I'm about to open a food delivery business here in San Antonio, Texas! A market that has been truely underserved in this regard. For a nominal delivery fee of $4.99, and a minimum order of $15.00, I'll deliver hot, fresh food from over 20 different restaurants in 45-55 minutes straight to your door! The name of my business is DELIVER EATS and we'll be opening up in early August, 2007. You'll be able to order over the phone, or online at www.delivereatsonline.com ! No more pizza, just because they're the only ones that'll deliver! Now you can have your choice of over 20 different types of cuisene including Bar-B-Que, Seafood, Mexican, Thai, Indian, and Italian, just to name a few. I'll be serving the North Central and Downtown Areas of town to start with. Residential and Corporate business is welcome, Lunch and Dinner available Mon-Sat, and Dinner on Sunday. My question is this. Who here will use my service? What can I do to improve the concept? What have I forgotten? Thank you!

  • Attention San Antonians! How'd you feel about a Food Delivery Bus. that delivers hot fresh food to your house?

For a nominal fee, either $6.00 or 15% (whichever is less) of the total (plus tips) , food from one of 20 different local restaurants within our network could be delivered to your home or office with any purchase of $15.00 or more, OR from any restaurant in town for $10.00 or 20% (whichever is less). No more ordering a pizza, just because no one wants to cook! No more burgers or fried chicken because their all that's easily available. I can deliver between 10:00am and 9:00pm, 7 days a week. Of course delivery times will vary, but logistically, I should be able to deliver most meals in 45 minutes to 1 hour. Would you use such a service? How do you feel about the pricing? What have i forgotten to address? Any additional suggestions?

  • I want to sell my own brand of gum. Do I need to copyright the design of the container, & trademark the name?

What IS and ISN'T absolutely necessary to keep someone from infringing on my design and my "potential product's" name? What is the cheapest way to get the proper documentation done? I'm trying to do this as cheaply as possible for obvious reasons (i.e. my funds are really limited). Any knowledgable assistance is welcome. Thank you!

If you did and you somehow managed to survive, did ya have to change your pants?

  • Why is the world so messed up? Can humanity rise above its problems or are we doomed no matter what?

Will we ever get off this rock we call earth and colonize other worlds, or will we destroy each other before we get a chance?

  • What do you think about a Holiday "Gift Buying Service" as an idea for a business?

I know of plenty of people who always seem to get stressed out around the holidays, because they feel as if there is not enough time to get everything done that they'd like to. Would any of you be willing to pay for a gift buying service? Think about it, If you could pay someone to:

1.) buy the gifts for you (and charge you 10% of the gift's cost, as a fee, $20.00 minimum)

2.) gift wrap them (at $5.00 per gift for a simple wrap and bow)

3.) deliver the gift(s) to the buyer or to the gift recipients ($5 fee)

This service could save your customers a whole lot of time and hassle, and allow them to actually enjoy the holidays! As an example, If a customer bought 5 gifts at $100.00 each, and had all 5 wrapped and delivered to their home, the charge would be $80.00 [(10% of $500 = $50) + ($5.00 x 5 wrapped gifts = $25.00) + ($5.00 delivery)].

What do you think? Are these rates fair? What would make it a better business? And most importatant, would you actually use a service like this?

  • Who is/are the most important musical group or musician out now?

Think of the group or musician who has been the most bold, or daring in bending public perception of popular music. Personally, I'm partial to RADIOHEAD myself, but I'm curious to see what other's think. There are so many different styles of music!
