Are prices for a wedding in Brazil expensives?
Hi! Everybody.
I'm a photographer who wish to work in weddings. I'm brazilian from Rio de Janeiro, and I think that is a great oportunity to enter in this market (wedding photography) because the prices are very expensives in my opinion. See this (prices are converted from Real to Dollar):
Promoter: US$ 2,000-10,000.
Bride's dress: US$ 2,000-15,000.
Photography: US$ 1,000 (album)-3,500(wedding book).
Video/DVD: US$ 1,000-4,000.
Musicians: US$ 2,000-15,000.
Buffet: US$ 1,500-30,000.
Luxury car: US$ 500-US$ 3,000.
Place: from US$ 500 to more than US$ 50,000!
Some weddings includes climated (refrigerator) for very large ambient, 3D screen, light carpet (for dancing), orchestra, etc and cost more than US$ 150,000 dollars.
Is it normal in your country? How much cost a cerimony wedding in your city?
4 AnswersWeddings1 decade agoWhat nation is the most ignorant about brazilians?
Many stupid people think that brazilian are poors, hispanics, speaks spanish, have dark skin and are dreaming about a "green card" to USA.
So, which nation has the more distorted idea regarding the Brazilian reality? And why? Cause the TV news, movies, lies or just lack of culture?

What is the right of USA, UK, France & others to forbid a country to have what they have?
Do you agree that the United States, the only one country that used nuclear bombs against another nation, gives to themselves the right to forbid the iranians to develop nuclear weapons for deterrence and self-defense based on a assumption that they would to use nuke in a hypothetical-future attack?
