Sometimes I give my experience as a wife and mother, but mostly I answer maths questions. I try to help people learn, not do their homework for them. So I often leave some of the solution for the asker to do themselves. I try to be generous with "thumbs up" and sparing with "thumbs down". I save "thumbs down" for rude or off-topic answers.
