Mexican Floating Bags?
I just got back from Puerto Vallarta and a group of locals were lighting these little bags and they would take off in the air. Kinda like mini hot air balloons. Everyone was wearing white and the last bag was red and heart shaped. What are the bags called? Is it a tradition?
