derivatives. I don't even know which rule to use. I used the product rule and got 15x-6x^(-1/4)+5x^(-1/2)+2.5^(-3/2) but I'm wrong... anyone know it... after the formula I need to find f ' (x)=3 but the equation for the tangent is what I need....

I police officer harassed me, attempted to solicit sex from me. Then outside the bar he barricaded my car in with his SUV and proceeded to command me to go to Atlantic City with him while my boyfriend was in the driver's seat. He continued to harass me and I took an empty water bottle and threw it at his car. He pulled up next to us, got out and demanded my boyfriend to give him all the money he had out of his pockets. He said he was a cop, and said he'd call his boys out to arrest us if we didn't come up with money. He threatened my boyfriend, called me a c***, and attempted to blackmail us. Several people verified he was in fact a cop but told him to cool off and to stop it. I live in Pa, and he said he was a Jersey cop badge number 3514. The "bouncers" came out and stopped him and told us to leave after I told them that this guy told me to get into his car previously for a thousand dollars and I "declined his offer" while he was shouting about being a cop. I believe there are camera's around that bar. He also took a picture of my license plate. I do not know his name, but I do know the color and model of his vehicle (off duty) is there any way to report this guy? It's seriously disturbing that a cop could do this.
