I'm a straight A student and a senior at BHHS. I do volunteer work in my community like cleaning a mile of beach coastline, raising money for our prenancy center, running food drives, taking care of the kids at the Star of Hope shelter, etc. I'm president of the Anchor Club at my school, vice-pres. of our Key Club, on the Leadership Counsel of our Diversity Club, active member of our Spanish Club, and a member of NHS. I'm #10 in my class and hope to move up this yr. I'm majoring in pediatric hemo/oncology nursing and minoring in psychology. The immigration issue has really affected me in that after i get my degrees I won't be able to get a job. I don't mind though b/c I know God will provide for me:) He always does and he has so far. I also can't say I'm pro-immigration or against it b/c both sides have really radical views and my view's are somewhere in between. I just want to get an education and know that I made a difference in the life of a child:)
