I am a retired special agent, Dept. of Homeland Security; an adjunct professor, teaching graduate-level criminal justice courses, primarily criminal profiling; peace officer & investigative hypnotist certified by TX; TX licensed private investigator; & Representative for Project ALERT (America’s Law Enforcement Retiree Team), a program of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. BS in criminal justice, and MS in management, graduate cetificate in forensic psychology, & PhD in Human Services (specializing in criminal justice). Full member of the Academy of Behavioral Profiling (peer reviewed profiles & profiling exam), & member International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association. Investigative training and experience in narcotics trafficking, money laundering, smuggling, fraud, child exploitation, & strategic export. More than 7 years as a special agent with what is now the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, & 7 years active USMC (Ofc & Enl).
