So this girl from Tinder, I can tell she's not interested (based on psychology). but she's one of those girls who likes to f*ck with guys and waste their time. She enjoys attention. Im 23, she's only like 19, so she's still at "that age".

Anyway, I was like "Ha I got you. What are you doing Tuesday?"

She said: "Classes and homework"

I said: "Would you wanna hang out and if so when?"

She said: "I'll have to see honestly before I were to hang out with you id like to actually see if there is a nice guy side to you."

I said: "I have my company (which i own) install drywall and paint homes for habitat for humanity yearly, and I also use one of my company work vans to drive food for "(Name of charity organization)". And I go to church weekly. I have a clean record. There is definitely a nice side to me. But dont confuse nice with weak- I understand tinder is a shallow chess game, if a girl likes a guys looks she will happily meet him just to see if they click, and if she doesn't she will find an excuse. I would respect your decision, but if you're not interested, do us both a favor and dont waste my time. Me and this girl hung out and had sex a few times. We would talk about dating possibly. The last time she came over, I was pretty wasted and I denied her sex and just wanted to sleep.

Since then, we have made plans twice and she flaked last minute both times. The third time we made plans, FOR WEDNESDAY.... SHE FLAKED AGAIN!

PS- she had previously told me that she was talking to another guy and had scheduled a date with him FOR THAT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. I had convinced her to cancel it and instead spend the day with me, and she promised she would. (I was kinda pissed bcuz i told her that i had already said i would date her, blah blah, and that i would take her on a real date but she didnt want to! She seemed uncomfortable with the idea of being with me in public, like idk, wtf. Or something.)

However wednesday came, and she ignored my texts all day! Then she ignored my calls and texts all freaking night! Then the next day, over 24 hours later, she finally texts me just now saying "I'm not interested. Bye" With no other explanation.

1) Did this C U Next Tuesday go on a date with that guy, behind my back, and lie to me about it?

2) Who the f*ck does she think she is, to suddenly ignore me without an explanation?

My personal thoughts is, I'm not going away without her coming clean to me and apologizing.

I mean, we dont have to talk, hang, or f*ck no more. I respect that. But i DONT RESPECT her thinking she gets to be a shiesty cheating little scumbag and just ignore me now.

This really confuses me. I don't understand why women will go and have sex with a hot tall guy, who clearly will not commit to her, but then will go and try to make another man (a nice guy beta male) pay for the child.

EVEN IF you found a new guy totally willing to pay for your child, shouldn't you still at least go get child support from the main baby maker? The father?

It's almost like these women have so much respect and retarded adoration for the hot Tall Alpha male, that she won't make him pay for the child even though he should, just bcuz she's so glad he stuck his D in her in the first place. And these girls have so little respect for other men, the nice guy, that they force an unwitting guy to pay for a child when it is not his DNA.

And other girls will be straight up and just be like "she's cheating. Sorry." With the b*tch periods like they aren't trying to be rude but there's no nice way of putting it.

We did a big $6000 job for a customer, and I m still working on the legal aspects of getting my business official. In the meantime he wrote the check to my name and then "painting" next to it (he assumed thats the name of my company... I didn t dare correct him bcuz I don t want him using an excuse not to pay us after we already did the work. He didn t ask any questions beforehand, he knew we did good work based off TONS OF GOOD references and pictures and videos)

1) Anyway can I cash or at least deposit that check? I know one other time I cashed a check made out to me and then the name of my dads company (there was a valid reason for it)

2) also would it be better to mobile deposit it or go into the bank personally where I know the teller very well and are on good terms?

3) if I did a mobile deposit and for some reason they reject it, would that screw up my chances of then depositing it in person on Monday morning? Like would they keep a record of rejecting it?

Basically, this girl from tinder had clear intent to hang out with me and then cancel, and I'm assuming she does this to a lot of other victims who have lost time and emotional trauma due to her.

I told her I won't be a victim. I told her she has the free ability to keep plans or flake- but if she does flake, I would warn other people about her. So that nobody else has to undergo that.

The law in VA says: "cyberbullying may be charged under Virginia’s "harassment by computer" law when the bully used a computer to send obscene communications, suggestions, or threats of any illegal act with the intent to harass, coerce, or intimidate a victim. (Va. Ann. Code § 18.2-152..7:1.)"

According to that, since nothing I said/inferred/threatened (posting online) is actually illegal, would I get into trouble for cyber bullying or online harassment? Or would I have the free speech to do what I do here?

Here's the deal, I'm a pretty short guy at 5'6. I'm not exactly the hottest guy around. Average face, balding, kinda short, kinda pale.

Time and time again, I have found that I can't keep cute- or even average- girls. I can't even really bang them, and if I do they always regret it the next day and it was due to them being really h*orny.

I want a relationship that matters.

Here's the problem,: on the one hand, I find chubby girls with cute faces, MUCH more attractive than athletic/slim girls with ugly faces.

On the other hand, chubby girls intend to have extreme personality problems which REPEATEDLY has made dating them hell- they're lazy, selfish, lack self accountability, they blame others, they're never able to admit fault, they never wanna do fun active stuff, etc. they also tend to be huge unfaithful wh*ores who's p*ussies are never dry. Ever. Always dripping wet. Always looking for the next D.

If it wasn't for the extreme personality issues that yes, almost every single chubby girl ever has had, I would date them.

However, as much as I would like to date athletic ugly girls, I just cannot find and m I just cannot find it in me to get aroused by the sight of a girl with an ugly face. Almost Ever.

What am I to do? How should I fix this? Is ther a possible way to take a chubby but cute girl, and turn her into a decent human being who enjoys active stuff and has respect and accountability?

Basically, a few months ago, a homeowner accused my workers of the company I own, of stealing a sandwich and two candles, the total of which cannot have been worth more than $20.

He then used that excuse to not pay us FOR A $975 JOB, he could not give any proof or reason as to why we stole it or even show a picture of what he claimed we stole.

I offered to take off even up to $100 for the claim, I said I know that we did not take it because I've used the same workers for two years with zero complaints BUT that I would take off the $100 just to resolve it

He steadfastly refused, and said that because we took it he wasn't gonna pay us anything until it was resolved and the "items" (which we didn't take!) were returned.

(and again- we didn't take it, that would be retarded. My workers know to never take anything because homeowners are always looking for excuses not to pay ),

Is this legal?

I own a remodeling company and sell jobs for a living, such as bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, painting jobs, etc. I don't do the work, I just sell and manage the company.

Im on tinder and have hooked up with a bunch of girls, and talked to many more. I've noticed that ALMOST EVERY FREAKING GIRL asks me "do you like what you do?" Once they hear I'm in the remodeling industry.

Why is this? Do they not think that someone could enjoy what I do? Do they look down on my profession? Would they ask that question to a doctor or scientist? For some reason that question just annoys me. Yes I enjoy what I do, but at the same time it's not meant to be fun all the time, ITS WORK!!!, it's meant to be a job and pay for your bills and your family. Too many people my age think that a job is supposed to be this paradise where you never have to work hard, sweat or experience discomfort.
