looked a few things up online and, well, not really willing to shove a probe into my snakes, area...  I grabbed him/her out the tank today to let him roam around, and its got 2 spikey things on its tail and a very defined "***" if you will.  naturally "legs", yes thats his name, trusts me.  anyway, so im like, huh? so im trying to get the "nails" to pop out again, the junk to show again, and nope he/she wouldnt allow it.

any ideas?  mind you this "***" was big enough i could have taken a poop out of it!  is that an indicator?  idk if female snakes would need the "spurs" or nails to latch on but, i think my snake is a dude? not that it matters, love it the same.  just curious.  and no probing, would u want a thing shoved up your pee hole?? i wouldnt!!

Ok first off I don’t encourage the use of needles without a trained person in such field. Nor do I recommend using needles in general unless your a diabetic, or told/instructed by a doctor.

Personally I am deathly afraid of needles, flu shots, drawing blood? I dono it’s the anxiety factor, I just can’t stand it, freaks me out, immensely, I shake all that, it’s bad.

ANYWAY

So contact solution is isotonic, saline solution just has a bit of salt mixed in to my understanding. Alright contact solution does have some more ingredients to prolong/clean your lenses.  Let’s say I have a cut, ok no saline on hand, bam lets shoot some contact fluid in there to clean it out, and then rubbing alcohol, “bandaid” and off to the hospital if necessary.

If I am in a survival situation, would I just be better off drinking it assuming I don’t have pedialite/Gatorade/water immediately available. Perhaps I’m in the middle of nowhere and find a person passed out clearly due to dehydration, my girlfriend is a diabetic and I don’t wanna “drown” the individual as they are unconscious.

I have a ball python that I inherited from a buddy since he was moving.  When I first got him I would handle him all the time, probably half an hour or more every 2-3 days.  Actually, lets change "him" to Legs, his name.  Anyways, as of the last month or two I havent been handling him as much because the last few times I did, Legs seems to wander around and find hiding spots.  Five minutes he is around your neck, and soon as ya know it, hes gone, sneaky!  Naturally once I realize he is missing I look everywhere, its terrible!

So back to it, the last month or two I havent taken him out nearly as much for fear of losing him.  One time he found a loose coax outlet and went inside the wall! Yeah! I cut half of the wall (carefully) as my daughter had a flashlight on Legs as to not harm or startle him while I cut the drywall.

So a few main questions;

How often should I handle him, on average? I hate the idea that Legs is stuck in a prison for life...

When I do handle him he always wants to wander and explore, which is fine but once he finds a spot, he turns into a ball and just relaxes.  Suppose that means he might be tired or playtime is over?

What can I do in terms of safe exercise?  I am considering buying a pack n play, and shoving a heated blanket on the bottom, then another blanket above that, and a bunch of stuffed animals so he can traverse and be comfortable.  Naturally the blanket will be set to LOW!!!

I love Legs, I want him to have a great life, suggestions?

Ok so I have a ps4, connected to a RAID drive to save my digital downloads to. I don’t buy disks hence the RAID. Anyway, planning on getting another ps4 for my daughter so she can play terraria, dreams, little big planet, among others. All of these are digital downloads on my machine. If I get her a PS4, can she download the games and play while I am? Of course I’ll be playing a diff game, I don’t do multiplayer (hence why I mentioned the game dreams, it’s all user based content, and online). Of course she won’t have a 300+ full game library, just what she wants that I already bought. 

So, is that possible? I’m not sure bc she would be logged in under my user name to download, and be “online” same time as me. For example if my internet drops, the PS4 nags me about it and verifying that I own the license to play the game stored on my array of hard drives. Yeah as if that makes sense... why does Sony gotta constantly check if I bought the game, when duh it’s on my account history, online or offline?!

Do I have to work “mandatory” overtime in Wisconsin? I tried looking up the laws but it just goes on about time and a half, not if I’m required by law to suit the companies “needs” as such. I’ve been doing 60 hours a week for 2 months plus now, it’s getting mentally and physically draining. I understand at will employment, but am I required by state law to work crazy hours??

 I’d like a break for a change - I can’t get anything done. My house is falling apart, zero work/life balance etc. any legal answers to this? I’m hired in and full time. Ok time n a half over 40 hours, but it isn’t worth my sanity let alone being taxed bc I’m “making more”. Say the least 8 hours of overtime after taxes is 80 bucks at my wage... without OT I make 100 a day after taxes

so i made a VHF UHV antenna from copper wiring from an instructable design, also created a reflector curved around 35 degrees behind it.  That, has a steel screen coated in black paint because i read someplace that heat increases conductivity so i figured why not.  anyway the entire design is spot on and i get around 50 channels and im roughly 60-75 miles from the sears tower (willas tower :-/).  anyway is it possible to increase the gain with say a 9v battery or less? possibly polarize it negatively or positivly? i understand this will not create a closed circuit by doing so... anyways, would it help?

Ok so I got a Hp 8570w “workbook”. And yes it is deff a workbook, 8g of ram, replaced the cd drive w a 1tb SSD (internal is also a 1tb SSD, same brand) and she’s a beast. Also 256.... or 512 msata is which is “kinda” irrelevant. 

So, I go into bios, set it as raid. Make the two drives, one. Ok. Boot up my windows install USB and it recognizes the 1.8g and change “software RAID” and I hit go. Stuck at 0% copying. Uhh?

Weird thing, I install Linux, zero issues w the raid config. None at all. So, what the bleep? Why is windows so finicky even though the bios is set at RAID for my two SSD’s?

I unplugged the extra SSD, set to AHCI, uefi (with and without CSM didn’t matter) and it installed Windows fine. So now I’m using a live Linux, DD’ing /dev/sdb (Windows drive) to /dev/sdd (msata). I’m assuming, hoping, once it copies, I can just DD yet again from the msata to the raid via Linux live...

Any ideas? Suggestions? I seen some ppl w comparable laptops have better luck making a “garbage” partition from the raid of 1g and zero issues w install. So, what the math?! I’d rather not waste a gig just to make it all work but, what are my options here?? So dumb, and I’m not new to raid at all. Shoot, my PS4 has 4 3tb drives on raid 10 using an esata to SATA cable w standard hard drives. Like, what?

Ok so I have a RAID external on my PS4, 4x 3tb HD’s. Drives 1 and 3 (or 0 and 2, geeks) have the data yada yada. Can I swap to raid 0, using all 12tb of data for storage and keep my existing data? I’d rather not re-download all my purchased games (6tb to download will take quite some time)...?

Ok so I jailbroke my XS max on 13.1.3, ironically I restarted my pc and bam, hard drive completely died. Won’t spin, nothing. So I swapped the drive, all is good. But, no operating system. I downloaded a windows ISO to my iPhone, now how do I mount it, or use my iPhone as a “mass storage device” to reinstall Windows? Hours of googling haven’t helped, so, please?
