frayed knot

Hi, My dad was a Naval officer, so I lived several places, mostly Ca. I have been; a hair stylist, registerednurse and teacher to gifted children. Mother of three, five little 'grands'. I garden often, read a lot, cook seldom. Usually have at least one major project going.. Occasionally I write and paint. When my family was young, I was waaay too busy...now I'm not busy enough. I use to love to travel, but less inclined now as I've been most of the places I wanted to visit, and tightened security has made it a hassle.
