How do you send a calendar invite for someone in PST while someone is in EST. 

Rephrasing it in case- So I am trying to set a calendar invite to someone in New York for 3 PM EST with another person who is in San Francisco for 12 PM.

How can I do that via Gmail. I dont see any PST listed here from the list.

Does anyone know of how can I get the random US President on top of my forehead where it just picks random US president. I have seen lots of people do it from time to time. Does anyone know of how to do it.? Is it with an app or instagram. I saw someone say go follow this account on IG but that account is forbidden to do any of that. Please help.

I'm on a south beach diet phase 1 which means I m totally off Breads, rice, fruits, of any kind. I have been on this diet since the past 6 days.

I start off my day by eating 2 eggs sunny side up with 2 slices of turkey bacon in the morning. I eat 2 spoons of jello (sugar free), then my mid morning snack is cashews like 8-10 of south beach brand planters, later for lunch i eat salad from subways with just lettuce, chicken and tuna with vinegar dressing, and my other lunch meals is just a turkey burger with no bun and 1 scrambled egg and little lettuce and my mid afternoon snack is 1 spoon of all natural peanut butter, and when i come home around 5.30 i exercise for 15-20 minutes doing abs exercises meaning 1 set of 20 reps each of basic crunch, right and left oblique crunch, bicycle crunch, reverse crunch, long arm crunch, crossover crunch, half curl, vertical leg crunch, plan and push ups during the end. My height is 5 ft 9 and i weigh 153 pounds. I know I'm not that fat but trying to lose my belly, so for two weeks I have been eating these types of food. My phase 2 which is after 8 days starts off with a little fruits, whole wheat bread etc.

Is this diet fine guys.? I m gonna weigh myself in a bit and find out. I weighed 163 pounds just 12 days ago, let's see how much i weigh now. I m off to duane reade to buy the scale.

Any help will be appreciated. Only comment if you know, otherwise please leave this forum alone.

I'm 5 ft 8 inching 9, and i currently weigh 163 pounds. Guess that's not overweight for my height and I'm 29 years old. BUT I'm spotting a BELLY, and need to lose it , because I've been carrying this for the rest of my life. I hate going to the pools with people around me, beaches, and always wear a button down shirt so that my belly hides down under my lose shirt. I look below average and am an honest person. I used to get a lot of attention from women back when I was between 23-27 years of age, but since the last couple of years, My cheeks got a little chubbier, I get turned down, rejected outright, and get sickened about it. So i felt I could change myself and invest time a little on my body. Many people tell me I'm not fat, I just have to eat right and exercise and i'm fine.

During the mornings before going to work around 7.45-7.50 am I eat a banana, then after couple of hours I eat two eggs on a whole wheat toast sometimes with cheddar mostly not, then after an hour and a half I eat Indian food, then around 3.30- 4.00 pm I drink hot chocolate, and around 7-7.30 i eat a grilled chicken sandwich and that's my last meal. I sleep around 11.30-12.00 am and drink water now to kill my hunger. I have been doing this since the last month, and later realized I'm trimming my waist down a little. Now this belly which I have needs to go, and I'M SICK AND TIRED OF CARRYING THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND GET MAD FRUSTRATED about it. Sorry for the caps guys, somebody help me. My whole family right from my uncles, mother, father, cousins have a belly, and need to lose these heridatory jeans of mine.

I'm having a problem logging in to my facebook from my computer, while from my iphone I can still check the newsfeed, but my profile comes up empty..

While logging in I get this message "

Sorry, something went wrong.

We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

While all my friends during the same time are having no problems accessing their page wall for that matter/

I even tried contacting Facebook, but there is no such link to get to them directly except for the posted messages from people with similar problems and their responses.

I had a minor car accident couple of years ago in my car, so the Fdny rushed to the scene, and forced me to get on the ambulance. Even while I had said that I was fine, they kept insisting (forced) me profusely, and rushed me to the hospital which is like a 4-5 mins of walking distance. I did not even need ambulance.. So long story short, I got on the ambulance.. And the hospital sent me a bill which I disregarded for few months.. I admit it's my fault.. Bare in mind, this incident had occurred couple of years ago in early 2008. Now just recently, I got a letter from the court, asking me to send them an astronomical bill of $1600. We all know the ambulance charges even from Beth Israel cost a lot less then that. I was shocked, and absolutely furious over the bill, because I have 2 small kids, I work in retail highly supportive of commission and the market has been pretty bad lately, and I'm not liable to pay such an amount. I m happy paying them of what I owe, but $1600 just for the ambulance is highly out of my reach. I could have even taken a cab or walked to the hospital from the accident distance.. I just need help from someone to help me put up a formal letter explaining them of my financial situation, my 2 dependents, and the outrageous behavior of the Fdny officer who forced me to get on the ambulance.

Your help in writing this letter will be highly appreciated.

I own an Iphone and had few questions regarding the Ping Chat, Whats app, and BBM Messenger.

With the ping chat, are all users assigned their id's as their names, or like the BBM numbers.??

Because, recently I had my friend update her status as PMiD: E1790...., I left out the last 4 numbers for his privacy...So what is that in fact.??

Second, with Whatsapp, I know it works for both Iphone and Blackberry users, but is Whatsapp a BBM messenger for all Iphone and Blackberry users.?

Like If someone owns a Blackberry, and I own a Whatsapp since I'm an Iphone user, can this app bring the Iphone and Blackberry users together through this app.??

Or Can i Use whatsapp app to add the BBM users through their BBM ID and chat with the blackberry users like their BBM.??

I'm sorry if you find this confusing.? But I'm a little confused myself with the Whatsapp app, Ping Chat system..

I am in a situation where i m paying whopping interest rates on my credit card, like in 24-27% and i m sick of paying those rates.

I m thinking about paying my credit card bills through my 401 k, so that i can get rid of these credit cards and make my credit look a little better.

What are the penalties associated with 401k plan, does anyone know.

Plus, i heard from someone, that they charge a 10% penalty and give you over 3-5 years to pay it back.

My next question was, where is this money going again, and the interest rates or say the penalty that i will be paying is going back to me right.???

I've tried this piece of crap Just for Men with Brown Black color and Natural hair color, they stink. Today when i went to the market, i ended up purchasing CLAIROL (Natural instincts for men), when i read it carefully, it says it grows back natural , Healthy looking gray coverage, which means it won;t cover all of grey in its entirety. Which again got me a little riled up.

And whenever i go to the supermarket, i can't find one decent hair dyeing product that can Dye my hair black. Even while i m 28, most of hair color from the front is all naturally black, but from the side of my hair i have a lot of visible looking Grey hair, like that's the first thing you spot on me, if you engage in an conversation with me.

Now, i went to Walgreens, Duane Reade, CVS pharmacy, and since the last couple of weeks haven't found one decent product on the shelf.

Can anyone recommend me any good brand of hair dying color treatment that REALLY works.

This is the situation guys, and i need a formal letter expressing my disgust and discomfort with this NYPD police.

Situation is

My friend had a handicap tag. Car was parked in front of lexington and 63rd street. Passenger was extremely sick. I stopped the car in front of McDonalds real quick to grab a bottle of water to comfort the passenger who recently had a surgery. She was feeling very very sick, in fact started bleeding from her nose, and her face was all swollen. So while i i rushed in to McDonalds, there was no line there at all, it was a pick and go thing, while i came outside which was less than even a minute, the policeman approached the handicapped women, who had a brutal surgery and who was bleeding from her nose, and was told by the cop ."If you;re feeling sick, you park on the street, not on the avenue" Which made absolutely no sense, on top of it being obnoxiously rude. I even took pictures around the same time, the ticket was handed. I just went in to grab a bottle of water for not even a minute, because the passenger was feeling very uncomfortable as she had a surgery, thats all.

Can anyone help me put up a letter against these crooks in one paragraph expressing my disgust with these guys. Please do not offer advices that , you cannot fight this ticket or all that, i am fighting it, the fine was over $300, and i cannot afford it. No links, or sites please, just need your kind help in one paragraph or two.
