Minecraft: Indestructible Blocks?
I was playing Minecraft, and just for fun, I decided to dig down as deep as I could go and see if I could reach the bottom of the "world". About sixty blocks below sea level I found assorted blocks that I couldn't destroy with any tools I know of, let alone with my bare hands. The blocks are anywhere from 59 to 63 blocks below sea level, and I could find no way to burrow below the elevation of -63 blocks. Is there a way to destroy these blocks that I haven't thought of? Or is this a "natural" barrier that keeps us from dropping out of the bottom? - LJS

I just started playing Minecraft, and I find I am completely hooked. With a little experimentation I found I can craft yellow wool if I can get wool from a sheep. So how do you do that? Whenever I try to interact with a sheep, I end up killing it, no matter what object I have selected. I am playing Minecraft Pocket for iOS, but instructions for Minecraft for Windows or MacOS should be sufficient. Thanks! - LJS
1 AnswerVideo & Online Games9 years agoThinking about getting started with Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition?
I played Dungeons & Dragons Second Edition years ago, but stopped playing because it was boring to me. I didn't have any inclination to pick the game up again until I was strongly encouraged to join in a session of D&D4, and I definitely enjoyed it.
Now I'm thinking about learning and playing D&D4, but I'm not sure how to get started. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of books and player aids available, which is confusing in and of itself. Which books/player aids are required to play the game, and which ones would you recommend for a "new" player such as myself? Are there any Websites you would recommend with additional information? Current D&D4 players only, please, and DM experience would be a plus. Thank you in advance. - LJS
