  • PSP analog stick problem?

The analog stick on my PSP-1001 moves in all directions, but the PSP only recognizes horizontal motion, the vertical is not being picked up. Does anyone know of a way to fix this problem short of sending it to Sony for an out-of-warranty repair? Thanks.

  • Organizing singles in Windows Media Player 11 song library?

    I have two related questions:

WMP11 wants to assign an album to every song in my library. But sometimes, the artist did not issue the song on an album, it was only a single. WMP imports library info from the compilation CD from which I ripped the song, but I don't want it that way, I want it tied to the artist. Is there any way to force WMP not to tie a song to an album?

I have a similar problem with a free, download-only song ("You're Pitiful" by Weird Al), that never appeared on any album. WMP finds no information on this song whatsoever, so it's assigned to "Unknown Album" and most of the tag info is blank. Is there any way to fix this other than manually?

  • How can I watch footy on American TV?

Back in the early days of cable (early 1980s), before ESPN became a sports programming juggernaut, it carried the Australian Rules Football match-of-the-week program produced by Sport 7. Now that ESPN carries pro and college basketball, pro and college American football, and major league baseball, footy is nowhere to be found. Is there any television network available in the US that carries footy?
