I got a little experimentive the other day with my anus. I am a girl obviously & for the first time ever I stuck a small sharpie marker (not the side with the cap) in it. I did make sure it was clean and sterilized before doing so. I also used lubricant to make sure it didn't go in dry.

Anyway now I'm getting random feelings as if I really really have to go like if I held it for hours (which I didn't) & I go but nothing happens. I still defacate once a day so it's not constipation. This last time I attempted to go a little came out and there were strings attached to it. That's the best description I could give & I really don't think that's normal. Can someone help, please?

My new phone broke so I'm trying to use my old phone until it's repaired. Everything has been reset and I want to use my iCloud backup, so I put in my apple id & password, it brings up the last backup i have which was from today. I click it then it says "enter password for apple id 'us@mixrnb.com' to restore purchases made from iTunes and app store" thats nothing close to what my apple id is. I can't restore any of my purchases and I can't make that message say MY apple id. Anyone know why this is happening? I would greatly appreciate a way to fix this, thanks,

I went to the beach and was pretty far from the water, I was using my phone and would put it in my bag when I was done. I walked over to a friend to get more sunscreen when all of a sudden this huge wave took over all of our stuff including my cloth bag and phone. My phone still worked other than the speaker but we all know seawater is extremely damaging & my phone is basically done. I purchased my iPhone 5c from Verizon in October 2013, of course water damage isn't included in any warranties. How much would an out of warranty replacement cost? How do I know it's eligible for an out of warranty replacement? What else could I do if I am not eligible for one? Thanks.

I was told I had exercise induced asthma when I was a freshman in high school about 6 years ago. It wasn't that big of a deal and eventually went away. When I started playing again it came back but again was still not a big deal. I quit playing for good and don't do any intense exercise but when I got sick with either a really bad cold or the flu I needed to use my inhaler to stop coughing, nothing else worked. Not cough drops, medicine, nothing except my inhaler. That was about 2 weeks ago, I haven't been coughing since until tonight. I was around cigarette smoke, it wasn't a lot but it's definitely not something my body is used to. I was fine when I was exposed to it but later on about 3 hours later when I was trying to fall asleep I had a mucousy cough that wouldn't go away. I found my inhaler & used it, again I was able to stop coughing. Could I have actual asthma or is this normal with "exercise induced" asthma?

I was on birth control for 2 months when we decided to stop using condoms. I had a really weird adjustment phase to it but I took it everyday, never missing a pill. We had a lot of sex without condoms during my placebo week. I was bleeding a lot a week before my placebo week, we had sex & I finally stopped bleeding the next day. Well then I got a UTI & was taking antibiotics (Cephlaxin) which supposedly makes birth control less effective (but read more & it's only been proven when taking the antibiotic rifampin). Anyway today's the first day of my missed period & it's been 12 days since the last time I had sex without a condom. Should I take a test now or wait until the end of the week?

My urine has had a horrible smell for the past 4-5 days. I associate the smell with dirty cows & horses (that's how bad it is & it's definitely not normal). My boyfriend & I were having a lot of sex without a condom since both of us have been tested & are STD free. I know that's it can't be a STD/STI, but since I started getting pain down there we stopped. My pee is cloudy & is definitely not yellow, I'd associate it more with a very light green color. I've been drinking a lot a lot of water & cranberry juice & when I drink water I basically pee out water & it has no smell. But in the mornings when I don't drink water for 7-8 hours & pee the smell is back. I have a little bit of an itch & it doesn't really burn to pee. I'm assuming it's a UTI & I'm going to the doctors on Monday. Is it possible that it could be anything else? Any home remedies? Thansk

Usually when I'm on my period I am extremely moody, have terrible cramps & migraines, so I started taking birth control. For the first month I took my birth control earlier than I should've. My doctor told me to wait until after I got my next period, but I had just got off my last one so I decided to take them a few days after I got the pack. Anyway, I skipped the placebo pills & went straight to the second pack to avoid a "period". Everything was fine then I had this brown discharge which is apparently old blood & my body adjusting to the hormone changes. Well, I'm going to skip my "period" again this month since my boyfriend is going to be visiting from the Navy. I take my pills at the same time everyday & have never missed one, my question is am I still protected even though I skipped my period? Also, the brown discharge has been happening for a little over a week now & I was wondering will it keep being like this for the rest of the month or will it stop? Thanks!

My dad has high cholesterol and it runs on his side of the family, so I'm pretty sure that contributes to me having high cholesterol. I am a 5'3 female and range from 120-126 pounds (weight always fluctuates). My LDL results came back as 129 and my doctor said to go on a low fat diet as well as regular exercise. Mind you I never exercise, I'm always either at work or school or studying and by the time I have time to exercise I'm already exhausted. I don't eat well, sometimes I don't even have time to eat at all. I usually just eat what I get my hands on. When my blood was drawn I hadn't eaten all day that day, could that affected my results? Also, what can I do to lower my level, what types of food do I eat? I am completely embarrassed to have high cholesterol at 19, I have not told anyone.

I am an 18 year old female, second year in college majoring in communicative disorders and wanting to become a speech language pathologist. That was until the idea of being in the army came into mind. It all started when I walked over to a recruiter on campus and he started telling me about what the army has to offer. My family is well off and so am I so I don't want to join for the benefits and money. It is the thought of me serving my country and becoming strong minded that's making me think more and more about joining. No one in my family is in the military and everyone expects me to have a normal career.

But the thought of enlisting will not go away and I can't seem to figure out why. What are the pros and cons of leaving college to join the army?

My boyfriend said he's not allowed to wear his when he travels but I see many military personnel coming out of the airport wearing theirs as well as in the restaurant I work in. I'm just curious.

My boyfriend is coming home on leave from being stationed in Japan for the past year. We want to have a memorable time together before he goes back for 2 more years. I'm thinking a hotel near Downtown Disney would be quite nice. He's 20, I'm 19. I know most hotels require 21 & over to check in, is there any that don't? Help is greatly appreciated!

About 30 minutes ago I put "Fresh Dental clean teeth gel" on my dog's canines, like I do every night. Except this time he began to constantly lick and lick and lick in an abnormal way. It was just different and off, so then he starts to claw at his teeth with his paws. Mind you he has bad tartar but I do this routine every night. It's nothing new and my other dog is completely fine. I'm worried that something else might be going on. He was finally able to fall asleep but I think he might just be tired of dealing with it for the past 30 minutes. Any advice would be great!

I found this 3 pound 7/8 year old chihuahua about a year ago. He was scared, skinny, pooping blood, but after I found him I went to the vet got him taken care of & he was fine except for the rotting teeth. I put a dental dog gel on his teeth once a day to clean his teeth. Yesterday I noticed that he would eat his snack very slowly (mind you he loves his snack & usually gets really excited for it) but I really didn't think much of it. Today I gave it to him, he squealed, spit it out and walked away. I KNOW he's in pain & I'm taking him to the vet in the morning. In the mean time what can I do to manage the pain?

Because I know it hurts to eat, I warmed up some chicken broth with no sodium put it in his regular food which softened it & he was able to eat that, so he doesn't have an empty stomach. Help please, my poor guy is suffering!

I can not stand panty lines so I'll either wear thongs or laced underwear. Thing is the only ones I own are from Victoria Secret & their underwear is NOT cotton. I NEED cotton I'm tired of these damn yeast infections. Ugh, someone know of any that I can buy in packs? I find some for like $16 a pair and that's way too much.

I met this guy & I swear we're probably soul mates. I don't get attached easy & can drop guys like nothing. But this one has me. He's in the military & stationed in Japan, before he left we had an AMAZING time together. he admitted it as well. Anyway, once he went back to Japan he said we shouldn't talk anymore because of the distance, he wouldn't be back for about 3 years. We didn't end on bad terms we just ended it because of the insane distance & pain that it would cause us later. Should I fly to Japan & find him? It's been months and I can't seem to shake him off my mind, I've gone through break ups before but this is way different. And is that weird that I wanna do this?

At first I wanted to get 2 separate ones for them, but I'm starting to think I should just get one together. Not too big, but on the back on my shoulder. I already have tattoos & I'm very happy with them. As for this one, I don't know how to go about it. My parents have always been there for me, through everything. They support me & guide me through life. I want a symbol to represent them & their importance in my life, any suggestions? And is it weird to do this when they're still alive?

Last night I noticed my dog had chewed off a significant part of his paw pad plus it was red & swollen. Usually to fix it I wash his paw & rub some cream on it but it seemed anything I did, didn't help. So I bandaged his foot at night instead of using a cone so he would stop whining, I didn't think it was too tight but apparently it was. His paw is very swollen & actually bleeding but in between the paw pads on the bottom; I'm assuming he may have an infection that was related to the biting of his paw. I'm taking him to the vet when they open in a few hours. Could the swollen paw be due to the bandage & infection? His paw is still warm & he's licking away, we won't walk on it though. Help.

He's flying over from Japan to Colorado & has a 4 hour layover in LAX from 11:30-3:30. I was wondering if I could meet up with him during that time & if so, how could I go about doing it? We don't plan on leaving the airport completely, but where would be the best place for him to meet me? Thanks!
