  • Do I need to pay for pool heater in the summer time?

    I'm taking my family to Orlando, FL in late July, we're looking at renting a pool home because I have young kids who love to spend all their time in a pool and we like the privacy of a private home, cost is surprisingly reasonable. There is an optional "pool heater" fee that I'm not sure if we should get if we're there in the middle of the hot summer? Please advice, thanks.

  • Does insurance company know my police report?

    A couple of days ago, I went to the police collision report center to file a report because the person who hit my car on the side while backing out of a parking lot said that she didn't want to pay herself. Yesterday she called and said she wanted to pay and keep insurance company out of it.

    If she and I don't report this accident to the 2 insurance companies, will they find out about this accident because of my police report at the collision report center?
