I get internet from a certain ISP but when I run a test on Speedtest.net it says I use a different ISP. Why would this be? Does this mean im covered by the other ISP and could switch?

I wait every year for more snow to come. Blizzards and stuff just make me excited. The winds blowing during a blizzard are calming. The only bad thing is ice and huge amounts of snow and negative temperatures. During the summer theres sweat wasps bees hornets. Everything is stinky and stinks. The humidity where I live is very high during the summer the dewpoint is usually 65-70 every day.

Who and Why.

I have a Windows 7 upgrade key. Whenever I have to do a fresh install I have to do a registry tweak once its installed to make it genuine. Since Im not upgrading from Vista to 7. It is Fresh/Clean Install without any history of Vista on the computer.

I had to call Microsoft once to activate it because I was using it on a new motherboard and it wasn't allowing to me to authenticate after i did the registry tweak. But the windows automated guy gave me a code to make the windows genuine. So Microsoft must approve of my tweaks and usage.

Sorry for it being so long. Can I use this same key to upgrade to windows 10 when it comes ive already reserved my copy of windows 10 should there be any problems?

I have a A8-5600k CPU with graphics disabled. I overclocked the cpu from 3.6 to 4.6ghz and my motherboard doesnt allow me to change the voltage so the voltage rose to 1.544v. I have core c6 state and Cool n quiet enabled. So it shifts from 1.3v to 1.544. Is this high of a voltage gonna damage my cpu? My temperatures are ok. Nothing wrong, no BSODs. Should I worry.
