I am 31, married with two sons, and we want more children! We are both small business owners. I have recenlty re-vamped my life for the better. From my diet and exercise regimen to my friends I have made changes that are paying off in every aspect of my life! I live a healthy life style and I am trying to set a great example for my children. I love helping others when I can and believe in 'paying it forward'! I am educated and experienced in health, fitness, pregnancy and parenthood, social and behavioral sciences and small business. I am a warm person and have issues with people who are not friendly. I mostly feel bad for them. I am also honest. I love being a mother and a wife above all else. There is nothing more important to me than my family!!
